No idea as I dont cheat, but check out gam/ecopy/world dot com unless its not listed there then no.

Finish all levels on at least Extreme difficulty to unlock cheats, which include spawning weapons, infinite health and ammo.

An alternative to that is:

And just fire up the mod on Story Mode difficulty.

Also, Survival Overhaul has Cheats unlocked by Default (since Campaign is disabled/it's levels removed/reworked for Survival):
