No, unfortunately the DLC was never made available for PC gamers. It's exclusive to the 360/PS3.

I just noticed Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing Metal Sonic DLC on Playstation Store too.

Why can't Sega release these add ons for PC version?

that's what i was thinking but it's fortunately it was the only dlc character for the game, so it's not a big loss for the pc port.

I might have to complain to Sega about this!

but's it's only 1 dlc character and 1 stage with the exception being banjo kazooie which was a xbox 360 exclusive.

Or maybe Metal Sonic and Egg Hangar can be unlockables. Like, beating Metal Sonic in a 1-on-1 race in Egg Hangar after the Monkey Cup Grand Prix on Expert difficulty.

They should also create an new DLC cup called "Classic Cup". 3 courses that are gonna be repeated, and 1 course that is gonna be a DLC course.
Classic Cup: (1) Sunshine Tour, (2) Shibuya Downtown, (3) Roulette Route, (4) Egg Hangar
