What it is, as a example, let's say it's the first black wire, you cut it if it's linked to a, b, or c. If all the wires are not hooked up to what it says to cut it at, or there is 1 wire and it's not connected to where it says to cut it if it's linked to, you can just go to the next one. The numbers are there just to make newer players ♥♥♥♥ up, don't pay attention to the numbers on the side of the panel, keep track of how many of each wire you have seen so far.
The numbers on the left side are important. You're supposed to go in order, because if there are multiple wires of the same colour on that panel, the order is crucial. You simply read the colour of the wires in order down the left side and check what letter it's connected to.
If you're reading the manual, you have to keep track of how many of each colour wire you've seen so far for the ENTIRE module. There are multiple panels you cycle through on the same module (I think it's always four). When the bomb tech calls out a colour and what letter it's connected to, you look at the next entry for that colour and it tells you what letters you should cut if connected to. If it's NOT connected to one of those letters, just don't cut it.
It is possible that NO wires need to be cut on a given panel! If so, just hit the down button to go to the next panel.
EXAMPLE:
First panel: #1. Red -> A, #2. Black -> C, #3. Nothing
Manual:
- Check the FIRST red wire entry (cut if connected to C -> DON'T CUT)
- Check the FIRST black wire entry (cut if connected to A, B or C -> CUT)
Second panel: #4. Blue -> B, #5. Black -> A, #6, Red -> C
Manual:
- Check the FIRST blue wire entry (cut if connected to B -> CUT)
- Check the SECOND black wire entry (cut if connected to A or C -> CUT)
- Check the SECOND red wire entry (cut if connected to B -> DON'T CUT)
Third panel...etc.
Is this more clear? On the note of translations, I believe there is a fan Portuguese translation for the manual in the sticky thread in this forum. You might have an easier time understanding that perhaps.
seems that this helped... Thanks, captain.
The wire sequence doesn't work like you think it does.
You have your numbers (1-3, then 4-6, etc) which dictate what the wire occurence is, and the letters which determines whether or not the wire should be cut.
Lets say, 1 has a black wire going to B.
That is the first black wire occurance.
The manual say to cut the first black occurance if its connected to all of the outputs, so you cut it.
2 has another black wire going to B as well.
That is the second black wire occurance.
You don't cut that because the Manual says to cut the wire if the output is on either A or C.
3 has a RED wire going to A.
This is the first RED occurance.
You don't cut that wire because you should only cut the first red wire if it's at C.
Get it?
You have to memorize what wires have shown up, and either note it down or tell your Expert which wire occurance it is.
Each wire color has its own occurance, if 3 black wire show up it won't affect the blue or red wire occurance.
