We have tried to avoid using green where possible. You can take a look at the bomb manual at http://bombmanual.com to preview the challenges you might have. With the Simon says module, the button colors are actually labelled in the manual, so you can communicate based on position rather than color if you cannot determine which color is which.
Also, as of version 1.0.2, we have introduced a "Module Vito" in the Accessibility options page of the menu. With this you can disable specific modules from freeplay mode if there are any modules that are causing specific problems. This will not affect the main game progression, though.
We do have plans to introduce a proper color blind mode in the future, but don't have any official schedule for that just yet.
that being said, you could argue that a real bomb doesnt care about your colorblindness :P
Edit: I think a simple solution to it would be to mark the colors with a peice of tape on each button and RGBY on each of the buttons
