KTANE with a friend, how difficult is it going to get?

Greetings Ladies and Gents!

My name is Kammellion and recently I played "Keep Talking And Nobody Explodes" (KTANE) with a friend of mine for my YouTube channel. We had a ton of fun with a lot of talking and some explosion. I am running the game blind while he did play the game but has never done the manual part of the game.

I have only played this game with him so far, and it made me wonder how difficult this game will get if you only play with two people?

Very difficult as there are some bombs in the later sections that will virtually require multiple experts doing one module each... as the time limits gets much less and/or the number and difficulty and neediness of the modules increases...

I think the previous poster got confused and said "defusers" instead of "experts." While having multiple defusers could be helpful in some situations, it is not possible to have them. Nonetheless, you can still use one expert; you'll just explode a few times figuring out how modules work. I find that you can cut a few seconds oout of solving the modules if you do them in the order that the manual has them, this way the expert doesn't have to search for them.

Also when you get to the "Needy" modules, go ahead and pull the manual page(s) for them so you have them when you need them. Err, well, have the expert to.

Hmmm... guess I'm going to need to find myself some additional experts then haha =P . Thank you for the advice. Right now me and my friend managed up until the bombs of section 3.

Thank you for the offer SteddyNCC, but I know the friend I have played the game with has some friends as well around the world who can help to strenghten the expert team ^^ . Even so, I will keep your offer in mind :-) .

I play together with my wife and we blasted (:)) through the section 2 and now we are struggling a little in section 3 (bloody complicated wires...).

I guess we will improve over time - some modules require practice to be effective. We have most issues with complicated wires, password and morse code.

When I'm doing passwords, I get the first letter and go through the list.

We're getting there with the passwords, thanks ;) we now reached section 4. It's quite amazing how you improve your efficiency over time and each next puzzle pushes you a little bit further.

It does doesn't it! It's a really great game. My video just came online and my viewers seem to enjoy it so I'll upload the other two episodes as well one of these days. It will be a while before I play the game again though.
