Report a translation problem
So if you see, say, "If there is a lit indicator that says "CAR", cut the fourth wire", you would look at the side of the bomb, if there is no "CAR" indicator or if there is one but it is not totally lit, fam, move on, but if the indicator light is on, then you cut the fourth wire.
This is not a actual instruction, by the way, it was just a example I made up off the top of my head and it isn't in any of the manuals.
