What is harder? Expert or Exotic?

I know that Exotic comes after Expert, but I can´t tell if it is harder or not... If you have already played the game, can you tell me what is harder? I want to know what to do first...

Exotic bombs have a specific theme, There is a bomb with wires only, a bomb with only simon says, a bomb with only passwords; Expert feels more like 'traditional' hard, with a mix and match of regular and needy modules. Exotic challenges a specific skillset.

I wouldn't say either is harder, because in Exotic, what is easy for one person to do is infuriating for someone else.
