Mods not showing up

My mods folder isn't showing up at all in-game. Is this happening for anyone else? Screenshot of the issue is on my profile.

You may need to either defuse The First Bomb if you haven't already or defuse The First Bomb again.

I already had, I just completely restarted steam and it fixed but next time I'll try this.
