There are mods that can change how you start up a bomb, and in the case of the Bombcreator mod it can raise the amount of time and modules up to hours (even days!).
I can recommend playing with mods if you want replayability, as the main missions and modules can get repetitive after a playthrough. They should have manuals in the folders you download from the workshop, but if you want a complete list of all the mods and their official and unofficial manuals you can always check out https://ktane.timwi.de/. Some mods follow similar playstyles to the vanilla modules, however most use their own original puzzles and challenges.
