how to max out all stickers

how do i max out all stickers.
i already bought all stickers but didnt get the achivement

To max out, you also need all duplicates. Each sticker you can get 5 times overall. This is shown through those dots below every sticker in the journal - on the pages with the blue bookmark. So a sticker is only maxed out, when you have all dots "filled" and the sticker will be at max level.

--> If you have a sticker on level one, with only one "dot" filled, it counts towards "Unique stickers unlocked".
--> Any filled dot counts towards you "Total Stickers Level".
--> 5 filled dots on all stickers on a page, counts towards "Pages maxed".

Leveling up stickers beyond level 1 currently is only possible through the lottery.

If you want to make progress with unlocking faster, i'd also strongly advise against buying any stickers with coins, but use coins only on the lottery to begin with. It takes longer to get a specific sticker, but overall it is vastly more cost-effective.
