How this game works? Do I need to open steam every time or does it keep running like wallpaper engine? I'm thinking about to put this one one a small screen besides my main screen. Thank you

I think it would be real neat if we could customize our shears! Maybe like, some leaf blades or something. And i'd like to change my froggy's fit. I would love to also make my island into a floating pond with lily pads and such. Fantastic game already! I love the ambiance, and the animations are super cute....
