Lottery and maxing out

Hello.

Since it's cheaper to get items with the lottery, I went for the randomness instead of buying specific stuff.

However I am slowly getting to the point where I max out certain stickers (mostly hats and grass).

Question: do you still receive maxed out stickers or will they be dropped from the lottery?
I don't want to waste coins if I still receive an item even if it's maxed out already and would start buying instead.

Pretty sure once you maxed out a sticker, it won't show up in the lottery anymore!
I read it somewhere in a previous discussion.

Hello! Yes I can confirm maxing out a sticker takes it out of the lottery, so you won't waste tickets on maxed-out items, and getting 100% collection costs the same amount of coins for everyone (assuming you use lottery only)
