Greenscreen Settings?

Hi,
in the settings stands "greenscreen mode: off"
when i try to klick on the button i became the message: "restart the game to disable greenscreen".

i cant activate this setting ?

Hello, when you see this message, it means Greenscreen mode is already active. Greenscreen mode makes it so Ropuka's Idle Island appears as having 0x00ff00 background when added to software like OBS (for streaming, recording etc.).

you could make it a toggle for it, would clear this issue in the future and would be a better quality of life

I'm still not quite sure I understand this. It always says "Greenscreen Mode: Off". When I click it it says the restart message. When I restart, it still says off and when I click it again it says to restart again. So when is it ever on or off?

Hello, when it says 'Greenscreen Mode: Off' it's off, when the other message is displayed the greenscreen mode is on. We will be improving the look and clarity of the Settings panel in the next update so hopefully it's easier to understand.

Settings still don't work. Green screen won't turn on, and the window mode switches, but after restarting the game, it goes back to full screen. I also can't get the Green screen mode back to have the game overlay the desktop. How long will it take for you to fix these issues?

Hello, this bug appeared this week for a portion of players due to faulty Windows update, you can check the thread I linked below for a temporary fix, this will allow you to play the game the same way as before while we work on fixing it permanently.
