Good day Commander! Here are a few things we have been working on since Demo release:

New Feature:

1. Added new languages: Traditional Chinese and Japanese.
2. Added map edge indicators.
3. Added daily-changing transition effects.
4. Added temporary process guidance.

Optimizations:

1. Visual improvements: The following indicators now display grids:
- Deployment range indicator
- Attack range indicator
- Movement range indicator
- Enemy threat range indicator
2. Optimized enemy turn movement logic and camera logic.
3. Improved UI display accuracy.
4. Fixed an issue where guide videos did not play on certain devices.
5. Other 121 optimizations and 153 bug fixes.

Known Issues:

1. Sound system: A complete overhaul is planned.
2. Loading system: The loading system will be adjusted to increase progression and guidance while maintaining freedom.
3. Character art and events: Some character art and event logic will be adjusted, and writing style will also be optimized.
4. Guidance system: A comprehensive adjustment or overhaul of the guidance system is planned.
5. DX12-related stuttering issues: Reducing graphics quality can alleviate this problem.
6. Abnormal kill count issues caused by certain components.
7. Localization Improvements: We’ve invited a professional localization team to enhance the accuracy and quality of our translations.

Tip: Loadout of the day is "HotSand" Heavy Shotgun, rumored to deliver 60,000 damage in a single shot. Give it a try!

Greetings Commander!

The DEMO's popularity has completely surpassed our expectations. Huge thanks to our awesome community! We know the game still needs polish, but with your feedback, we'll transform it into something truly special. First off—THANK YOU ALL!

So What's This Game About?

Death Ring: Second Impact puts you in command of the mecha squad "Griffin" to defend humanity from monstrous threats. Power up your mechs with a few elements:

Loadouts are key to your mechs’ abilities, granting them different skills. Combine Loadouts to unlock extra skills. Example: Heavy Sword + Thrusters = "Strike" skill!

Chase Rare Loadouts: Higher rarity = bigger base damage. Additionally, SP loadout provides special enhancements.

Modules: Equip modules that boost skills in creative ways. A Strike module could amp damage based on movement distance—perfect for hit-and-run tactics!

Each mecha can equip multiple Modules, allowing you to experiment with different combinations for unique battle strategies.

RP (Recruitment Points)
As you might have noticed, RP (Recruitment Points) are used to unlock Loadouts and Modules. (No microtransactions to get RP :D) Earn RP by completing missions. Some Modules even grant extra RP for monster kills.

Mission Mayhem
Protect civilians, escape poisonous caves, race against the clock... Every choice matters! Even failures reveal hidden story bits. Psst: In this Demo, there's a 17% chance to unlock a secret mission chain, upon finishing which a mysterious mecha will join the squad and completely changes the final battle. Luck-based? Maybe. Epic? Definitely!

We are working hard to make Early Access coming in Late April!

New mechs, gear, and strategic possibilities
Progression System (not too much grinding) : to manage and unlock Modules/Loadouts in-game

A few questions about the game

I took my time playing the demo, and finished it in 5 hours. Had overall a pretty good experience with it, but a few things made me curious... 1. What happens in the full game if you lose all your mechs? Is it game over? Do you progress to a new day, but have to repair your mechs? 2. Can you permanently lose mechs or pilots? 3. How many mechs can you have in a mission at max? 4. Will pilots and mechs get any kind of skill or overall differences to each other? It would definitely be nice if there are ...

Demo Feedback (It's The Last Spell with Mechs, Y'all)

Wow! I think the demand of the graphics is a bit high. May need more optimization. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the demo! I saved Rust City with my three mechs: 1) Starter w/ Heavy Sword, booster pack, missile pack, helper drone that shot things. They charged around the map squishing bugs and being a road block 2) Second mech using twin electrical guns, loads of extra ammo and leaps, and went around zapping hordes. 3) Sniper with active camo, three shots, three kills, every round. Easy to pick off...

Hey there, i liked the Demo a lot, i am looking forward to the release. I mainly have one complain: Not enough info in the UI Whenever you mention a special thing, like a damage type, a buff or a debuff, there is no explanation. Last spell had some very useful little boxes explaining terms whenever they came up. There are also a lot of stats packed into weapons and unit details but the tutorial did nothing to explain me how to read them. Some terms are confusing, +1 attack means that each weapon hits o...
