A combination of bug fixes and UI improvements to make early game easier son you can get into flow easier.

I have added 3 different item types that randomly spawn every wave - Health, Speed & Pulse laser. This is in a response to biggest feedback - early game is a little bit too hard. This should make it easier to get powerful upgrades later.
