Resolution Lag

I really want to experience this game, but it's hard to play with both mouse and framerate lag. I don't know if a possible fix is intended in the future, or if I'm one of the only people who experience this trouble. My graphics card is updated, and I have 8 GB of RAM, 500 GB of hard drive... My computer has the capability. Possibly could it be related to a problem with the initial start-up? Or could it be the download files? If someone could look into this or experiences the same problems, please discuss...
