The Steam Next Fest February 2026 was an incredible experience for us.

We received many great comments, feedback and ideas from players, and we’re really grateful for all the support. Seeing people discover the world of Glimvale for the first time was amazing.

To say thank you, we even added some of your usernames to the Adventurer Name Bank in the game!
Some NPC adventurers wandering the world may now carry names inspired by our community.

✨ The demo is still available !

Good news: the demo is still live on Steam !

And we didn’t stop there; we also released a small update with improvements based on player feedback:

✨ Small bug fixes
✨ UX improvements (When placing a building, the camera now zooms out automatically to make construction more comfortable)
✨ Additional visual feedback while building

Thoughts from completing the demo

I finished playing the demo, and I had fun! I like the idea of setting up a little adventuring village, with adventurers going on missions etc. However, I didn't really understand the choices (e.g., in the tavern) and how it affects the adventurers. I'm guessing that they have different needs, but does fulfilling the needs help them level up? Or do they level up by going on adventures? For the decoration combinations, once we've unlocked a combination, it'd be great to display it in the menu. For example...

Hi adventurers, Hi game master ! ✨ We’ve just released a small update to improve your experience in Glimvale. Here’s what’s new :

Content

Added new decorations
New animations appear when decorations are placed.

Debug

Debugging the quests to finish the demo
Rework of the internal quest system
Text corrections for localization at the end of the demo
Fixed the issue of adventurers not visiting buildings.
