I have tried but doing the battles out, the time of missions decreases and so I can only do a few battles, and can't training others characters. :/
Best advise i can give is to replay missions from the start screen using your weak dudes for Money Exp and SP (or whatever its called).
When you finish a mission unless it sends you back to Akademeia just run around the world map visiting the other towns.
Yeah, i do, but honestly the enemies give little exp, becuz in every mission the characters go 2-3 level max, so is very annoying :/
What mission give much exp?
http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_Final_Fantasy_Type-0_weapons This is how you acquire weapons with each character. It's the same from Ace to King.
Sometimes, you just have to know what to go for. Example, Reapers Tarot for Ace is acquired by killing 700 enemies with that character. It seems like a lot but trust me spamming missions will have you killing at least 50-80 enemies at a time making this go by fast.
The weapons you can get for all characters with the "kill 700 people" are strong and usually come with a status. Easier to get than doing a mission on finis difficulty.
Ace for example has a 10% chance to automatically kill an enemy with Reapers Tarot.
While Deuce gets the Hoarfrost Flute which gives her 15% more Ice damage.
However, if you want to level quickly and get the 700 kills out of the way get the Growth Egg. It grants you double exp. The easiest way to get a Growth Egg is to spend 50 hours in the game. You'll get a free one from the moogle at the front door into acedemia. The big doors in front of the fountain that lead into the school. Growth Eggs stack. Having 2 at a time quadruples exp.
Growth Egg can be equipped by ANYONE in the party that's on the mission. I got the growth egg and spammed a couple of long missions with lots of enemies because you get bonus exp at the end.
Finally, play at your level. If you can turn up the level to your level do it. You are likely to gain more exp from something your level, than fighting stuff that's lower level. Agito difficulty is your friend.
For Growth Egg i do the sidequest say "Kill 1 Thythan" i do it but don't give me the Growth Egg.
I'm not sure about what that quest is. If you want a free one just wait the 50 hours. I'm sure you're probably close to it. I left my game running while i slept and turned the game off when I woke up to help with getting the Egg faster.
On pc, just adjust the system clock? should work, if not try to go offline and do it.
Also the game is meant to be replayed a few times, as many of the secrets and even main story can only be seen on repeated playthroughs. Its sort of lightning returns, meets FF12 with better button inputs with less lag and attacks connecting better.
But yeah, an entire party of level 99;s on hard mode can still get wreckt, its all about abilities and weapons, which can only get once a character absorbs so much, so even doing this leveling trick your still technically "underpowered" as you still physically have to kill and absorb a LOT of enemies. So level power and weapon power via upgrades are your main concerns.
Not to mention that, while farming SP, you'll recieve ranks, and will unlock strong habilities like Raise, Ultima and Meteor.
