Is anything permanently missable or promotional, or unlocked from a different game, or can everything be unlocked in-game at any time without needing to do anything specific that would require restarting the entire game otherwise?...

There is a message at the demo and I can't press anything to get past it. It's at the title screen message from the developer. Is this demo no longer available?
