'fail to load saved data'

i bougt it today and due to hard disk storage, i uninstalled from disk D and reinstalled c

and now i have probrem of 'fail to load saved data' , i cant play it o minute.

anyone please help me..

i solved that probrem. it was somekind of bug. i serched for some example.
previous resident evil series has similar probrems. i benchmarked some method and it worked

1. disconnect internet.
2. execute steam( off line)
3. play resident evil0
4. a new chance to create save file and save it. finish steam completely.
5. then connect internet. execute steam( on line)

I had this problem with resident evil 5 gold! The problem is related to the fact that my steam installation was in a admin rights protected folder (c:\program files). Fixed the problem running the steam client with administrator rights.

Worked for me, but with a few more tweaking steps.

1. disconnect internet
2. find folder 339340 in <Steam-folder>\userdata\<user-id>\
3. remove all the contents of that folder, leaving it completely blank.
4. launch steam as administrator. Confirm off-line mode.
5. launch REZero.
6. game will check for save files, will say "failed to load save file". Just press enter, and the prompt should appear "Create new save file"
7. reconnect back online.

Hope it won't take you that long it did for me)
