I've verified the game files already, please don't tell me to do that.
a thin white border around the game when changing the resolution...
The problem occurs because the game needlessly adds a entry into the registry at this location...
HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software\Microsoft\Direct3D\Shims\MaximizedWindowMode
The entry is (your drive letter here):\(your steam folder name)\steamapps\common\Resident Evil 0\re0hd.exe
Looks like this as an example X:\steam folder\steamapps\common\Resident Evil 0\re0hd.exe
Removing the entry fixes the problem

EDIT: provided a better explanation to manually fix the thin white border bug. 1-20-16 1108pm
EDIT2: forgot to name the complete folder directory for the registry.1-22-16 928pm
I'm having the exact same problem here. AMD Radeon R9 m265X mith intel core i7 CPU here. Could be some kind of nasty mess-up with intel graphics :(
2) Control scheme is all wrong...X button (on 360/one/steam... square on ps) on the controller is supposed to be run... there is no option for this.
Edit: This game needs a equivilant control scheme to TYPE B in Resident Evil Remake PC; it was the closest one to the original control scheme and now the closest one in Zero is TYPE D except it still has many many changes with that scheme.
3) Mouse Arrow does not auto disappear when using a controller; instead it stays on the screen.
