Train, Training Facility, Laboratory, Factory and Treatment Plant. What's the average time to complete each area? Longest to shortest?

From one playthrough I recorded (longest to shortest):
Training Facility ~72'
Treatment Plant ~60'
Laboratory ~24'
Train ~23'
Factory ~13'

Times can vary from player to player, no idea what are the average for each section individually as sites like howlongtobeat just record final clear times.
