Nope its 30fps on console.
Prove it?
Youtube vids of the console versions at 60?
"However, booting it up for the first time, PC's unique 60fps setting is the most immediate difference to console (though there's an option to match this 30fps experience, plus support for higher values). A game in this style doesn't demand rapid reflexes to succeed; it's Resident Evil in the classic mould, where solving puzzles takes precedent over the action. But even with its fixed camera angles, there's no doubt that Rebecca's motions are smoother at 60fps compared to the locked 30fps on PS4 and Xbox One - a doubling in refresh that's easier on the eye overall."
No, the performance on the ps4 isnt good, it cant keep a stable 30fps for remake remaster actually, even dropping into the low 20's.
No, it dosent. You all have the same versions on ps4.
Theres a framerate counter on the screen, it keep dropping below 30 and drops to 23 fps at one point.

A trained eye can clearly see just for Rebecca's movement that the PS4 is not outputting 60 fps. Only the video files for the backgrounds are at 30 fps and that's minor, because they are interlaced. If you still doesn't have a trained eye please watch it on Youtube website at fullscreen + 60Hz for optimal 60 fps, and with a web browser that actually supports 60 fps (like Chrome). All the videos previously posted to prove that the ps4 is running at 60 fps, are actually running the game at 30 fps and were just uploaded on youtube with the feature "upload at 60 fps ON". Which is useless and just a waste of bandwich if your gameplay is at 30 fps.

And this video right here is another living proof. Digital Foundry is a remarkable and very trust worthy PC gaming site. They have tech measuring tools often referenced in review sites like Gamespot and others. They know what they are comparing and they know what they are talking about. I can't believe there are still people who are claiming otherwise. Did that really need a discussion? Just look at the videos. The console versions doesn't support 60 fps by any means.
And to answer the OP: PC version it is. If you care about having 60 fps. Please i would hate to see you coming back in this thread to say that the community fooled you to believe that the console version is running at 60 fps.
