train items?

it has been a long time from when i last played this and i cant remember if items left on the train after it explodes and just left by the burning train in the tunnel right?

Only items you have picked up. Items that were left in original location are lost.

Interacting with them and selecting 'no' on the inventory confirmation screen should be enough.
So long as they are marked on the map like this I believe they are carried over.

Never tried this but if anyone can confirm this would be handy. Only takes 15mins to blitz the train

im 99% sure the items need to be dropped on the ground, if left in the original location it wont appear in the next segment, so i'd assume clicking no on an item would be the same as if you never picked it up

It is enough to just select No when you touch the item.

Good to know, thought you didn't even have to click on it to get it on the tunnel. Has anyone confirmed the fact that you can click and select no to have it ?

There's a limit to how many items outside the train will be on the floor. Weapons and key items always get priority.
