This is a great refence and very well done. But an additional tip to anyone looking at this thread... The amount of leeches, colors and exact spots are randomized so they might not match 100% up to the map. But it's a great reference to cross-check against.

Very well done, MoOoOo! :)

Arg! I finished this earlier today but was having lots of trouble... this would have been a huge help. Nice work though.

Great work mate! @CurseToast Yeah, it's randomized.

I think it has 3 different randomizations. When you start, you'll see 2 herbs near the stairs. Sometimes you get 1 Green 1 Blue, 1 Green 1 Red, or 2 green. As far as I noticed. Just like with train math puzzle, there are 3 randomizations.

What would be the best way to start, which way to go and when. Would you kill every enemy before collecting all leeches?

I got A rank after like 6 times of challenge,
not sure of how many randomizations of it,maybe dozens of it I don't know,
it's impossible to mark all of them in one graphic,so you might need to
mark it by yourself. However, most of location of leeches are fixed,
and all location of weapon/ammo/enemy are fixed, sometimes the
item of weapon/ammo may changed, this map would be great help
to know where to get weapon/ammo and knows what behind the door.

It is very important to get weapons and wipe out enemies in orders,
and how to collect leeches,too.

Don't collect any leech before killed all enemies.
you might want to check a leech when you see it but without pick it up,
then it will be marked on your map so you can count it see if you missed any later.

My suggestion of start it is:
1-Get the hunting gun in the sewer and ammo in the room at south-east corner of 1F first.
2-Use them to kill hunters at 2F to get upgraded beretta,it's very useful to deal with zombies.
3-Get G.Launcher at B2,then go B1 to wipe out Eliminators to get Magnum/machinegun.
Now you get the most powerful weapons in game, to wipe out all enemies,it's not hard now.

The principle to collect leeches is from all basement first, those farest corner from the hall,
because some particular location will respawn zombies once you have 80% or 90%(not sure)
leeches in you inventory.

The best Randomiser is when you have
- 2 green herbs close to the stairs
- no leech visible close to James Marcus's portrait.

Because in this game you get the SMG!!! (the hunter killer per excellance!

If this map was created using any other of the random choises, then I would suggest you make another map that uses the possibility I mentioned above. In any case! Great work! Well done! Make it a Steam Guide so people can find it easier again.

Just finished my run and got to admit that this map did help a lot. Had it on my second screen, it was perfect! I only managed to collect 91 charms as I only got pistol ammo left in the end and didn't want to risk almost 2 hrs of play. Well done to those that got all 100!

If you get all 100 Leeches and got an A ranking, you will receive all the unlocked bonuses EXCEPT Infinite Rocket Launcher IF you haven't beaten the game with S rank beforehand. It's that simple.

Only on normal or hard mode you can gain all that stuff ^^

Great guide! For those wondering about the variations in the leech placements, have a look at this site: http://www.evilresource.com/resident-evil-zero/leech-hunter/maps/training-facility
