The second one might be happening. There are many clues about it, unless the people working on it are trolling us :D
+1 Code Veronica
+1 Dino Crisis
+1 Outbreak Files 1&2

( Quality of some parts is a messed up because somehow I couldn't find the right combination of emulator settings, video software and rendering -_-" )
( I wish I had used MSI Afterburner already ... lol )
For a PS2 game graphics are still pretty amazing if you increase the resolution.
Or watch this in 1080p.

Unlike Clock Tower 3, which ended up being a Mahou Shoujo type of game that made me stop looking at it seriously, Haunting Ground is the closest anyone can get to a fully 3D, modern Clock Tower experience; it's the TRUE Clock Tower 3 to me.
If they can improve the 3D models and textures for today's hardware, the game will look AMAZING. Capcom's upper management may not want to remaster the game though; it's just not big a brand like Resident Evil.
Exactly! I can relate to every single thing you said and agree 100%. However, there's a rumor going on that Capcom's remaking Outbreak, which runs on the same engine as Haunting Ground. Maybe it'll make it somehow easier for them to port HG over?
