So i have alle weapons and i don't get the achievement.

My Weapons are:

Knife from Billy
Pistol from Billy/Rebecca
Special Pistol from Billy/Rebecca
Grenate
Railgun from Leech
Magnum
Magnum from Leech
MP from Leech
Shotgun
The other shotgun
Molo

Have you taken the second knife in the train? Also you need to customize the handguns in two separate playthoughs, you can't save and reload.
I suppose the railgun is the infinite rocket launcher but you get that from S ranking the story mode.

Handgun upgrade with the case where the code 385 is so the special weapon comes out

and the game has not more weapons
