The clock piece

So, I got the clock piece. Went to the grand father clock near the centipede battle area. No matter what I do. I can't put the clock piece in the grand father clock.

I swear the detection for using items is kinda off. The shoot gun ammo in the fireplace in the storage room was really off centered. Being off about 1 model apart from where it should have been at

Is anyone else having this issue? Cause, on PC and Nintendo switch I can't use the clock part .

This sounds like you are at the wrong clock. The clock piece goes to the clock in the room with the lift that needs to be manualy operated via a crank. The one above the library.
Not the room, where you find the grenade launcher.

I was at the right clock in the room with the roaches. Apparently the game bugged out. Than to make things worse the bloody note that had the time for the clock never spawned.

Making the clock puzzle broken. There was other issues like this that made re0 just a very poor experience
