Report a translation problem
The character automatically aims at the nearest enemy, but if you want to aim at another there is a button to change the target.
You can kill zombies with headshots if you let them get close to you and aim up with a shotgun.
I don't remember exactly about RE0, but in other "classic" RE games the handgun has a small chance of critical damage when a simple shot turns into a headshot (without having to aim up).
cheers this helps a lot. I know people have covered the topic before but its usually a particular question about aiming and not just in general. Only ever played RE1 before with this old style of aim and that was years ago with a guide and trying to do this one blind but I am too used to the aiming of 4 onward. Thanks again
