Change save room theme?

Hi guys, I'm kinda new of modding RE's series and games.

I found a good RE 0 Save theme, and I wanna change it to this one : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0PsbEiC9J5k&t=12s

Is any chance someone could help me out? Or make it? Or explain it how to do it? :\ I heard about OGG and SGWN files on forums but those forums 2 years old. :\ And those users are not active anymore.. :\ that's why I'm asking help from here, anyone knows how to mod the save theme music?
