Report a translation problem
It's not the first time this has happened to me in a RE game,I remember storing all the chess plugs along with ammo in a storage box & forgetting I needed them to reach the sewers in RE2 or forgetting items to escape from the city in RE3,with the Nemesis chasing me around while I backtracked.
I'm going to have to reload my older save & hold onto the item.
RE0 feels so weird without having the storage chests that I've become used to from playing the older series.
That's a lie, as soon as the train breaks and you get out, there's another one on the floor.
All the items on the train can be found in the area where the train crashed. Go back there.
