How to turn on weapon lasers/flashlights?

I just started playing and I have no idea how to turn either on. Please tell me how.

Huh, thats odd. Try looking at your controls and see what it is bound to :D

"Headlights" under Infantry is bound to L.... Why the hell is Headlights under infantry?
