Not sure if he is staff or not but he seems to have a lot of teamspeak power (Ben). For a new person to the teamspeak as i was he was yelling at a teamspeak helper calling him a ♥♥♥♥♥. So my first experience was two 12 year olds yelling at each other. I'm not sure if this is how you run your server and if so thats your decision, but for new people at a first glance it is not a good way to go.
