Army of the Czech Republic not working

If you can help please reply. I bought ArmA II: Complete Collection which includes the following;

ArmA II, ArmA II: Operation Arrowhead,ArmA II: Operation Arrowhead ArmA II: British Armed Forces, ArmA II: Private Military Company and ArmA II: Army of the Czech Republic.

When they had all downloaded Army of the Czech Republic was not present in my library. I loaded up ArmA II: Operation Arrowhead. I went to the expansions option and turned on all expansions. Army of the Czech Republic was not there either. So I went to its page in the steam store and it said on the page that I already owned the DLC and that I could click the "PLAY NOW" button on the page. I clicked it, and when the game loaded what I got was Operation Arrowhead and all other DLCs, except of course, ACR.

It's much easier to say ACR so I'll say that instead.

I went back to the store and attempted to purchase ACR again, but I couldn't beacause apparently I already owned it. I'm afraid I have no idea what else I can do other than post this.

If you think you know what to do please reply.

I seem to be having the same problem and have been trying to fix it for awhile now, but to no avail. Sorry I can't help, but anything else from the forums on this topic has not helped me as of yet.

i have the same problem mate, i downloaded arma 2 combined ops a few months ago, however, in my library it shows up as Arma 2, Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead and Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead Beta but no combined ops. i downloaded the 3 DLC for it, PMC, ACR and BAF.
BAF and PMC worked fine installed perfect. but ACR is just not installing.
i run arma 2 and run arma 2 operation arrowhead and nothing happens.
when i run OA the CD key thing pops up, i select Army of the Czech Republic and click on the copy key to clipboard then click play, OA loads up but nothing else happens. once its loaded up i go into the extensions and everythings there but @ACR or ACR or Army Of The Czech Republic.
someone help cause im starting to get p'd off that im losing out on £6 and apparently an awesome dlc.

What I did was click on the propriteis of OP arrowhead and ARMA 2, then steam found a problem with one, (I forget which). So I had to DL it again. After that I went to the steam page and hit the play the game button, and it worked. the Czech have some nice gear. Hope it helps you.

i am also having the same problem, though i have noticed that if you go into the OA folder under steam apps and go to dlc folder the acr folder is in there but it i have also noticed that baf and pmc where there and also outside of the folder....so i tried to copy it and put one copy outside of the dlc folder....acr then appeared in the expansion menu in game but still i could not play it....plz help

i tried this video out but i still have no luck with the damn dlc is their anything else you know of that can help?

Same problem here. I was going through the game files and was looked at all the 65700_install and all files with the _install designation. On BAF and PMC the 2nd line of code is

"main" "%INSTALLDIR%"
"data" "%INSTALLDIR%\\BAF"
the only difference between BAF and PMC is that data line is "%INSTALLDIR%\\PMC".
Im no programmer but it seems the command is to install directly into the main and data files for OA/CO. in the ACR install file however we get this

"data" "%MAIN%\\ACR"

I want to throw this out there to more savvy tech people before i try changing things. Please give me your thoughts

1. Close steam and make sure the steam process is not active in task manager.
2. Run steam as admin.
3. Go to Czech Republic store page and click on the "play now" button there the button to buy a game usually is.
4. A window different from normal OA will pop-up. Follow the steps on screen and it will be installed. :) hope this helps!

How do I install the Arma 2 DLCs on Steam?
Before you start, make sure you have done the following:

Have Steam running as an Administrator

Have the Arma 2 and Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead installed.

If you did all of the above you should now download the DLC files from as you would with any other Steam game (go to your library, select the desired product and click "install"). After the download finishes, click "play" and the DLc should automatically install the remaining files necessary for you to play it. Alternatively, you can just start your Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead. It should detect the DLC files automaticaaly and install them by itself before launching.

Please note that the Arma 2: Army of the Czech Republic DLC will not appear in your steam library as the other two DLCs do. Instead, it will be included in your Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead directly (you should still see the install window during your first time launch though).
