Arma2 Operation Arrowhead not working anymore

Hey people,

I'm just contacting the Steam Community with this problem in the hope that you can help me.
I've been playing the game for a long time now and now all of a sudden I can't start the game anymore. I get the following error message:
The specified device, path or file cannot be accessed. You may not have sufficient permissions to access the item.
I've already tried so many things, deleted the game, reinstalled it, changed the path and, and nothing helps!!!
The error message remains.
Battle Eye also only reports that the game could not be started. I can't say whether it's the game or Battle Eye. I'm completely exhausted. I don't want to reset the entire computer just because of the game.
Does anyone know the problem and was able to solve it.
