"Include file userconfig\acre\acre_clientside_config.hpp not found." Help!!

Ok so i keep getting this error saying "Include file userconfig\acre\acre_clientside_config.hpp not found." and i cant even launch the game after this appears i have tried to fix it in the past but nothing i can do will fix it so i have not been able to play arma 2 OA for igleast 7 months please help i will include some screen shots of my arma 3 folder and the error its self.

Things i have tried.
*Deleted the game and re downloaded it.
*Verrified my game integrity.
*Deleted both Arma 2 OA & Arma 2 and re downloaded it.

You downloaded the mod Acre correct?

When you extracted the zip did you not see the userconfig folder?
The game needs that folder, locate it, and move it to your Arma2 directory.
Error tells you what your missing, which is the Userconfig, look for a folder titled userconfig, or redownload Acre, extract it and locate the userconfig that comes with the mod, without that userconfig you will keep getting the same error.

Can i just delete all the acre stuff?

Things i did
*Put Rsync in my arma 2 oa directory with the following inside
*Put userconfig with the two files inside of it in arma 2 oa directory
The game is still crashing is they somthing i am doing wrong?
