Blurry text, can't seem to find a solution anywhere
Whenever I start up ArmA II, ArmAII OA, or the DayZ mod, the text onscreen is very blurry. Don't understand this the wrong way, it's JUST the text. Everything else is clear. I checked the interface and 3d resolution and matched them to my monitor (1366x768) and turned postprocessing effects to disabled, but nothing seems to work. It makes DayZ nearly unplayable because of how annoying it is. I can't see anything anyone is saying in the chat. When I first got ArmA II, everything was crytal clear. I tried deleting and reinstalling ArmA II OA but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It kinda looks like you messed up your custom aspect ratio?
Try 16:9 maybe

Look more like MLAA option ( morphological antialiasing ) forced in your graphic card driver.

It's already set in 16:9, so that can't be the problem. I tried putting it in 5:4, which did make the text much clearer, but it also screwed up my FOV.

It literally just stopped after a while. Huh. Hasn't shown itself again, although I haven't been playing much these days. Just wait it out.

If you have an AMD Card try to set mipmap detail to high or very high in RadeonPro. Fixed it for me.

I'm actually using intel intergrated graphics (♥♥♥♥♥♥, I know). Surprisingly the issue seemed to simply fix itself. I got on a few months ago and everything was working fine. Strange.

I've found a solution to this problem. Set your interface resolution to something below native (like 1080x760), and then set it back to native.
Found a solution (for ArmA III), I used to run it in Fullscreen mode, if you change it to Fullscreen Windowed (Borderless) mode, it will make the text much more readable, the only downside being you always have to have NVGs...

Thanks for the input, but I posted this question about three years ago lol. Eventually the problem fixed itself. Strange, but it looks fine now!
