We are a community of like minded gamers who dabble in everything from MMO's to FPS, games like Minecraft all the way to Company of Heroes and even more. We have several servers from Takistan Life, Wasteland to Day Z, we also have a dedicated Minecraft Factions server. We are looking for gamers who enjoy a realistic aspect and a tactical approach to games and working as a unit instead of individuals. About the 101st Airborne Division


An Introduction

The 101st Airborne Division is an Arma II realism unit inspired by the real world 101st Airborne Division located in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, USA. The division was founded on February 15th, 2013 by Colonel R. Grimes as an I44 realism clan, and has since expanded and developed into its own community (Arclight Gaming).


We aim to provide unique, realistic experiences to any and all that join our ranks by offering a pseudo-realistic rank and command structure, as well as providing a serious environment for training missions and operations. We are not an all work, no play division, however, as we offer relaxed missions alongside our extremely serious missions. We take pride in our mature, friendly player base and share good relations with many other units. These relationships allow our unit to host a variety of missions and PVP battles.


What can we offer?

The 101st Airborne Division offers you a respectful environment that is all around great to play in, and socialize with. As a realism unit we arrange many combat operations, PVP events, and career training sessions; which what really makes playing with the 101st so lively. We take pride in rewarding those who work hard and we strive to honor the true 101st Airborne Division with our representation. We are one of the few units that have NO standard age requirement, and instead focus on maturity rather than age.


This all aside, there are a few requirements…

Simple ones, at that!

You must own a working microphone that is not considered obnoxious (no horrible static, loud squealing, etc)

•
You must have Teamspeak 3 installed

•
You must be willing to install and use the Invasion 44 Mod and all other required mods

•
You must be available to attend Basic Combat Training on a Saturday at 10AM EST

•
You must have the ability to respect all other, even those not in the unit, no matter their age, gender, race, nationality, etc

•
You must be able to act maturely and respectfully

•
You must be willing to check in regularly and attend training sessions
