JSRS and CBA Addons

So I like you use JSRS but it says I need addon CBA_MAIN on startup. I go to get that from Armaholic and install it. I was playing DayZ with my bro and friend and I notice my temp bar is yellow. Sure enough, I'm invincible. We shot me up to make sure. I log off and uninstall CBA addons from the addons folder but keep the @CBA for JSRS. This removed godmode. I don't know if JSRS is working correctly yet but the question here is why did CBA addons in the addons folder give me godmode.
