Does wasteland still exist?

I've been wanting to play wasteland but no servers how up for it. Does it still exist anymore or just like all games that have sequel has it all been transfered over to the new arma3? :/

There are still plenty of Wasteland servers. Make sure that you don't have any expansions enabled in ArmA 2 OA that might interfere with the searching :)

I myself have been working on creating ACE Wasteland. Which combines ACE mod and ACRE mod with Wasteland. Almost done too.

well the only mod i have is DayZ but i have that unchecked. I'm going through OA and filtering the word wateland but no servers for it show up

Theres like 6 wasteland servers with 40-110 people on each in europe in my server browser right now with under 80 ping. Most of them seem to be running 162.95xxx too.

well i don't know how you change servers for region. but is there something special you have to download or have in order for it to work?

Well basicly if you put low ping to filters you get servers near you but try clearing all filters first and then manually checking on the list of servers which runs wasteland to see if you can see those 6 servers in the first place.

You dont have to install anything for wasteland, also youre using the operation arrowhead server browser i hope.

Ok i'm trying again with filtering but i'm getting nothing

I did a no filter and seen a 404wasteland server but when i filter wasteland nothing comes up...:/ that's weird

Also while i'm here can someone explain why when i click on a server to look at the info on it or to maybe join it it just poofs from the list. Like i'll find a server and i'll click and it it just is..is gone. I don't understand why. It just disappears

also i can't ever get into a good server because there's always a no entry missing....whatever that shows up when i do :/

Theres something odd on the wasteland servers I twiddled with the filters and I lost all of em now too, maybe they were just restarting but I dont think so:P. When i refresh it seems to randomly pop up some servers and skip some it seems.

I dont even know how you filter for wasteland if you type it in the filter options it's not going to work theres no such option imo.

and with trying to join servers all of them are saying no entry: bin/config.bin/CfgQWeapons

Well its just some normal arma style server browser issue but if you check this http://www.gametracker.com/search/arma2/?query=wasteland&=GO&sort=c_numplayers&order=DESC . This will shows everything i guess and then you can connect to the ips and so.
