You go to "Singleplayer", select the campaign you want, and select "Host" instead of "Start" I think.

You might have to open ports, not sure. but if you do have to and don;t know how (or just can't because of your ISP like me), virtual LAN servives such as Tunngle work as well.

I don't want to play throught 3rd party software. Can you describe the official way of playing co-op more detailed? Because I tried it and didn't work. Thanks a lot.

I can't. As I said, it *should* work just like I describe if you use Combined Ops (Arma 2 + Oa).

Just select the campaign under "Singleplayer" and click "Host" instead of "Continue".

However, if your friend doesn;t find that server, you might have to open ports first - and with that, I can't help you, sorry.

Lots of guides ion the net though, just google for "Port forward xxxx" where "xxxx" is the name of your router.
