Can't even start to play because menu gets stuck before you can even submit the first order and complete the first day

进游戏就卡住了，进行不了下一步

right after finishing the tutorial. like as soon as the dialog about the gift system is over the game bugs out. to where the selecting menu disappears and it starts playing the first scene in the background. pressing H hides the game and lets you see the scene but that's it as soon as you click the game comes back but you can't do anything. I've tried saving and loading, starting a new game, verifying game files, going back and continuing but nothing works....
