Endings discussion

So I just finished my first playthrough, getting the ending with Takuro, so I presume the solo ending is to let him transform. If you have any other ending requirements known, please leave them below! Takuro ending: When Takuro joins you back in the shrine, take him through all 3 red Tori gates until he starts feeling good again....

step forward for the franchise even through its still raw around the edges,
new mechanics are pretty solid and add more variety to the puzzles,
definitely best modern Ao Oni game, give it a try

I can't find out the Old Wing Scroll Room puzzle. I found flowers on the layer above associated with the same background colors of the scroll animals but can't find how they associate at all.

Is there coop or is the description just poorly worded?

In the description it says "There are many new elements such as conversations with characters, cooperative play with friends, and a chat function." but the game isn't labelled as COOP and I launched the game and either I'm having a massive brainfart moment and can't find it in the menu or otherwise there isn't any coop?...
