Best experience is always on PC. Textures are always lower and muddier on cosoles. FPS is also often dialed back. Consoletards!

PS4 to my knowledge isn't the best of platforms for some games, like there are cases where games do poor only on the PS4, and your on it the day of release, so you're kind of screwed until a patch or workaround is released. :(

I've been playing it on PS4 for a few hours, haven't noticed any particular performance issues. Sure, it's not a 60 fps game (probably could have been with these dated visuals, given a bigger budget and better engine and optimization) but it looks like a quite stable 30 fps to my eyes (and I tend to be sensitive to console games that frequently fall more than a few frames below that).

It won't be a 60FPS game on your console, but it will be on my high end PC.
