Steam download just the Technomancer 32 bit version while I have Windows 10 64 bit need help thanks to everyone

I don't know what to do also because when I start downloading The Technomancer Steam begin to download the 32 bit version without allow me to choose 32/64 bit version I try to start the game as an Administrator, I also try to force both Intel/Nvidia Ge Force 750 M GPU but I can't solve this problem alone. When I launch the game this one let me show only half screen and from the beginning doesn't support nor mouse/keyboard neither any Joypad...press A to confirm?!! nothing happens. Sorry need help thanks to everyone.

The Technomancer is for Windows 64-bit only, there is one game version only.

The Technomancer is NVIDIA Optimus compatible.
So the NVIDIA graphics card is automatically selected when running the game.

Otherwise, please update the driver of your NVIDIA graphics card then run the game:

1. Click http://www.geforce.com/geforce-experience
2. Click the button 'DOWNLOAD NOW'.
3. Save the NVIDIA GeForce Experience setup application.
4. Once the download done, run the application.
5. Once the installation done, run NVIDIA GeForce Experience.
6. Click the tab 'DRIVERS' then the button 'Check for updates'.

NOTE:
Please perform a custom installation of the driver.
Uncheck '3D Vision Controller Driver' and '3D Vision Driver' under 'Custom installation options'.
Check 'Perform a clean installation' and install the driver.

Sorry, perhaps I just did something wrong but I follow all the step you told me but after performing a custom installation driver I wasn't able to find: "Uncheck 3D Vision controller driver and 3D vision driver; I found: "Perform a clean installation" and after rebooting windows 10 64 bit the game again shows only half on my screen and because of I have more than 100 games quite performing on steam perhaps the problems are linked to my notebook but I begin to wonder that simply your game need some more patches to solve the problems I told you.
No matter, after all the technomancer it's quite good to me and I hope sooner or later I will be able to play the game.
