Two monitor bug.
Whenever i swing my mouse really fast and then click the game alt tabs because the mouse somehow breaks out of the Ratz instagib program onto my second screen. Anyone know a fix?

Fullscreen? Idk, you might just need to disable the second monitor
Put your DPI on a lower setting, try changing it via your mouse buttons, mouse software, or windows mouse sensitivity.

I'm having this problem also, I have to disable my second monitor when I play because it messes up the game when I click out. Hopefully there will be a fix soon

Yeah I'm playing on windows 8.1

i'm playing on windows 8.1 64bit and i'm getting this bug, if i swing my mouse too fast to my left (where my second monitor is) sometimes it'll escape the game, i've tried windowed and fullscreen and nothing fixes it, if it helps when i set the game to windowed it places it's self between both monitors and doesn't try to stick to one (maybe that's just unrelated to the bug though)

edit:

it seems like sometimes when I try and make this happen on purpose my mouse will get stuck to the bottom left of my 2nd monitor and slowly slide up it, as if it's locking to the wrong monitors, though sometimes that doesn't happen at all and it works like normal on the 2nd monitor

more edit:

switching to my lowest dpi actually seems to have made it worse, sometimes even just clicking in game without moving resets my mouse to the bottom left of my 2nd monitor, it's really strange

more editing:

it happens more commonly when im flicking up or down too, combined with left/right, if i go straight up and spam click i'll always lose focus of the game - it also seems to be more likely to happen when my main monitor is on my right, with my secondary to my left

I agree, not only that but it has a small effect on how we play

"small effect" - it's unplayable for me, game will be perfect once it's fixed, so annoying to play with this bug though

I'm having the same problem. Windows 8.1 x64

I think the devs can fix it by just locking the cursor to the game.

I just played three rounds, first placed in all of them and didn't get alt tabbed once with everything the same maybe its fixed now?

EDIT: It seems to still happen just not as often.

it's still happening for me, the cursor seems to lock to the monitor fine, only sometimes i'm fairly sure it snaps to the second monitor, or for a short amount of time unlocks from the screen for whatever reason, cos if i just drag my mouse constantly to one side it's usually fine

edit:

just now I didn't even move my mouse that far left/right, but I could see my mouse literally flying around on my 2nd monitor, clicking once obviously lost focus on the game

I think this can be patched by making the game use Fullscreen, rather than Fullscreen Windowed. I have this issue when using Windowed Fullscreen in other games.

i don't have this issue with most windowed fullscreen games but i'd take any fix that worked
