Performance mod & Autofixer

I ran into problems that should have been easily fixed by these two mods, but the problem is that I can't find any way to download them now because all the links are invalid and the developer forum is long dead.

Does anyone have the ability to dump these files somewhere, or provide a working link to them? Can you recommend an alternative as a last resort?

I dont think you get any reply on that topic here. Afaik there is no place where you can download these files. The game has a very little fanbase and the developer Deck 13 still has it in its product portfolio and shows it like it was some kind of master work but has abandoned the game completely. I dont think there is even a moderator here in this forum.

It's sad, maybe you can tell me another place to turn to? Because I literally left no stone unturned but found nothing but links to dead forums.

It's sad, maybe you can tell me another place to turn to? Because I literally left no stone unturned but found nothing but links to dead forums.

The only place where I didnt search for these mods are russian websites simply because I dont speak russian.

If you have performance trouble try to

- turn off the fullscreen effect and here are a few tips:

if that doesnt help I would try to
- run the game on Windows XP compatibility mode
- set the physx driver to use the graphics card instead of cpu or auto. Using these old games performance is mostly cpu issue because they were made for single thread cpus.
- you could also try to set the game to run in one cpu thread only.

For fixing the Leon Bug there is no solution. Not even with the autofixer afaik. So you cannot pay him for increasing your repuatation ever. And its not necessary because you can still finish the game regardless of your reputation.

I tried all of these and whatever settings I used the game was still giving me a choppy 20-30 fps when I put it on the lowest it seemed to start to run more stable but when I turned the camera from the wall to the location the fps dropped back to 20~

This is why when i played a game and found the file on a russian site, i uploaded a copy to nexus files of a old gam file i found. The fix was for a older game i played. It worked and even was in english, but the site i got it off was wonky. So i uploaded it to nexus mods. In the future, if someone finds these ones, i suggest doing it there as that site is pretty safe. It even scans the mods to make sure there is no viruses or malware is in it.

NOTE: It was for dungeon siege 2 where you can get stuck in a certain fight. The fix basically makes the fight skippable so you can continue the story.

I tried to find the contact of the author of the file using the Waybackmachine, but all I could find was his nickname: "frank_harmann". Unfortunately, the trail ended there, and I didn't find anything else. I was going to ask him for the files, and ask permission to post them for other players, but it looks like they're lost forever.
And it is not a fact that he would still have them.

It seems like a good deal of the Steam players use Spanish or russian primarily, so getting mods in Eng may be a problem. I just finally started this game & I'm really liking it, but definitely getting a few issues & crashes.
Text, like tutorial pop-ups & the HuD, keep disappearing, 1 C++ error crash, and now I have a glitch where the Mines are just a black abyss except spider webs & the doors. I was able to use the mini map to get back to the entrance from the Sacred Site, hoping the glitch wouldn't effect the outside, but then the game crashed..

You could try patch it with the 4GB patch. Gog people said it helps fixing crashes.

If you just patch steam version with 4gb, the game won't run at all. Cause it's "protected" by steam and you get an error instead of starting the game.
