If I buy the Steam game, can i (eventually) get access to all the content in the Ragnarok Edition?
The people wanting the physical edition of the game have been waiting quite a while, and we wanted to give them something extra as a thanks.
The Xbox version will also have some extra VS stages, and it's not impossible that we'll do something special for the Steam Community in the future as well. We're still updating the game for both Steam and PS4 and recently released a free patch with a lot of new enemies, a new playable character etc. I hope there's still a chance for you to enjoy the game!
It is not about that i wish to have some extra stuff just because at the moment i play on PC not PS4, i just like to feel that all of gamer community have a identical chance to experience same content, that way (buying retail version) or another (buying DLC to upgrade game). Hearing that in the future users from another platform will get next extra stuff and maybe users of third platform will get some different levels not sound to me very good. In my perfect world, users PS4/XO/PC can get access to all create content for the game.
PS. So great that you're put Raz as playable characters. I hope that not only for PC-users. :)
Good luck
I don't quite get the strategy also - how does have some exclusive levels to Xbox make me buy that over the PS4 version with its exclusive levels. Again, unless the goal is to have gamers buy multiple versions, which is obviously a little 'wrong'.
As a big fan of the genre, I am torn. As Qamok mentioned it's hard to stomach a purchase when you're only getting x% of the game. Very frustrating. :(
Anyways, thank you for your thoughts and your feedback! It's good to know the views of the community and we'll take it with us for our upcoming ZV versions and other titles!
