Linux Version (BETA)

I've added a Linux version of the game!

So far I've only tested it on a Steam Box and it seems to work fine.. Please submit any bugs or inconsistencies to the Bug Reports subforum.

I am not able to get achievements, it does not register them.

Also i probably cant switch Themes? I dont know whether that is because of the Linux build though.
Maybe themes are switchable after i beat the game, im stuck on mercury right now :D

Looks like Time Trial is not working either, which means anything related to the Steam API is not working. I'll keep looking at it!

Just updated the Linux build, but it's still not connecting to the Steam api for me so Time Trial is still broken... Getting there!

Edit: Tested it, it runs flawlessly! Reached Mars already really good performance on a very low end notebook. Good work!
Waiting eagerly for the Workshop integration! The level editor is absolutely awesome!

You should still be able to play it? I just didn't want Linux support advertised until I knew it worked fully, which it currently does not!

Ah indeed, Time Trial and Steam Workshop are not working currently.
Managed to finish the game on Linux in the meantime. :)

I'm getting a missing executable error at the moment.
Looks like it tries to launch with something at "..../Flywrench/runner" but there's nothing there.
I've tried verifying the game data and it's telling me everything is there.

Hi there. Likely a freak bug on my end as I'm running Steam on Fedora 25, but I get the same error as McGarnagle - cannot find executable '<steamdir>/steamapps/common/Flywrench/runner'.

I looked in the game folder and found music files for Nidhogg instead (pieces of all 4 main nidhogg level themes are present). Is there something up with the Steam servers serving the wrong files or did your last commit to Steam go horribly wrong? I validated the file integrity and this was a fresh install of the game at around the time of this post.
