Unplayable lag and very dark visuals
I purchased the game today seeing that it would run on windows XP SP2, I have SP3 and upon loading the game it lags very badly and shows very dark textures over everything. This is strange considering I can play left 4 dead 2 on my PC with no lag and even a game that said it only runs on windows 7 minumum.Not sure exactly what i need to do to fix this issue, ive even tried using commands to make it run with -force-d3d9 and it didnt do anything. Please help me...

Have you tried the Low graphics preset? Also try lowering the resolution. Can you take a screenshot of where you think the visuals are dark?

the graphics are as low as possible, in game looks like you turned the brightness all the way down on a tv but i havent changed the brightness on anything.
